We require a "Pre Inspection Agreement". This is fairly standard for the Home Inspection Industry. The agreement sets a clear set of ground rules for the inspection. In brief the agreement specifies the following:

• the property and the client
• visual inspection, written report
• authorization to do the inspection and discuss it with others
• the fees, payment, remidies, disclosures
• standards of practice, limitations and exclusions
• without warrantee or garantee
